SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free on all orders. We use different types of couriers depending on your country. Our free shipping method takes 12-15 business days.

WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses that are located in the USA, Europe and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China), depending on the product and your registered address.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SENT OUT?
Our handling time takes 2-4 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period. Once your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
After our handling time, shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. Depending on your location.

We currently accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All transactions are in US Dollars. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we are able to change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen. 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We have multiple suppliers with different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the location of your order by entering your tracking number on the TRACK YOUR ORDER page.

WHEN WILL MY TRACKING NUMBER BECOME ACTIVE?
Usually, the tracking numbers will be active within 2 business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent. Please note that the tracking activity can suffer delays from customs and shipping processes.

Kindly note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
